Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and systems to ensure reliability;
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment;
Read and interpret equipment manuals, diagrams, sketches, engineering specifications, and work orders;
Assemble, install, adjust, and calibrate machinery and parts; dismantle and repair as needed;
Adhere to safety policies and participate in Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence programs; mentor junior maintenance staff
