AP SPECIALIST

The Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist will be responsible for managing the accounts payable function including processing a high volume

of invoices, reconciling vendor accounts, and working closely with and vendors to ensure timely and accurate payments.

Responsibilities:

-Process full cycle AP for over 500 invoices per month

-Match invoices to purchase orders to verify accuracy before processing payments

-Track and manage invoice approvals across multiple entities

-Ensure vendor invoices are coded accurately to the general ledger account

-Maintain vendor records and ensure all required documentation (e.g., W-9s, insurance

certificates, service contracts) is current

-Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or billing issues promptly

-Process weekly payments via check, ACH, or wire transfer in accordance with payment terms.

-Review invoice dashboard daily to move invoices through appropriate workflows and follow up

internally to ensure payments are made on time

-Process intercompany payments on monthly basis

Requirements

Requirements:

-4+ years of full cycle AP experience

-Experience in real estate, property management, or construction highly preferred

-Experience using Yardi and Excel skills

-High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skill

-Strong communication skills
