Job Overview

Financial Reporting Analyst. Requires bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting, high‑growth industry experience, U.S. GAAP/IFRS knowledge, proficiency in SAP. On‑site work mandatory. Immediate start.

Responsibilities
  • Preparation of consolidated financial statements, footnotes, supporting memos and other documentation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and SOX compliance.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and provide support for annual audits.
  • Support the corporate accounting team on journal entries, account reconciliations and financial statement reviews.
  • Participate in key accounting areas including intercompany transactions, allocations, and ownership reporting.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional partners including Finance, AP, IT, Treasury, International, and others to support accurate reporting and smooth operations.
Qualifications
  • High‑growth industry and public accounting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or similar fields.
  • Strong awareness of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and SOX compliance.
  • Familiarity with SAP or other similar ERP tools and related applications (Blackline, Workiva).
  • Ability to analyze complex accounting issues and prepare technical memos.
  • Experience with preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and corporate accounting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on complex, cross‑functional projects in a global corporate environment.
  • Continual improvement mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
