About the RoleWe are seeking a versatile Accountant to manage core accounting functions and support day-to-day business operations. This role is designed for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in maintaining high standards of financial accuracy and operational efficiency. You will have a high degree of autonomy in managing your workflow and will play a critical role in supporting our internal infrastructure.
This position offers a unique balance of hands-on accounting responsibilities and general business operations, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workday and wants to be a key contributor within a streamlined, professional team.
Key Responsibilities- Full-Cycle Accounting:
Own Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and vendor management. - Payroll & Benefits:
Execute semi-monthly payroll and assist with employee benefits administration. - Monthly Close:
Lead the month-end close process, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations. - Quarterly Financial Packages:
Help prepare quarterly reporting packages. - Compliance:
Manage expense report auditing and ensure all financial records are organized and audit-ready. - Operations Support:
Support day-to-day business operations, administrative coordination, and general office management as needed.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/FinanceORAssociate degree with 3+ years of relevant bookkeeping/operations experience. - Experience:
3+ years of experience in accounting - Technical
Skills: - Strong proficiency in Quick Books Online or similar accounting ERP.
- Solid Excel skills (pivots, lookups, and data organization).
- Familiarity with modern tools (e.g., Gusto, , Slack).
- Attributes:
High integrity, extreme attention to detail, and a "no task is too small" attitude.

- Expected base salary range: $75,000 – $105,000 annually.
