The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of accounts payable and general ledger accounting, contributing to the company's financial operations and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle of accounts payable processes, including bill payments and expense report handling.
• Reconcile vendor payments, identify discrepancies, and resolve payment issues efficiently.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger to ensure accurate financial records.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close procedures, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Perform bank reconciliations and review monthly financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and general ledger.
• Assist in the implementation of accounting systems to streamline processes and improve functionality.
• Process and review employee expense reports using Ramp, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Support annual audits by preparing schedules, analyses, and necessary documentation.
• Review general ledger and perform monthly budget to variance analysis
• Contribute to annual budget and forecast planning, as well as the preparation of financial reports.
