Experience: Manager
Salary: $140,000 - $185,000 per year
Job Details- Manage VC fund audit engagements from pre-planning through report issuance and binder close with minimal oversight from Directors/Partners
- Develop audit strategies, risk assessments, engagement plans, staffing plans, and timelines
- Review work papers, financial statements, and documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Research and resolve technical matters including investment valuations, partner allocations, capital activity, distributions, and syndication costs
- Supervise multiple engagements and teams simultaneously
- Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact
- Draft management letter comments and discuss findings directly with clients
- Support billing and collections for assigned clients
- Mentor, train, and supervise Associates and Seniors
