Responsibilities:
-Preparation of monthly reporting packages for the assigned properties
-Manage and maintain the general ledger to ensure accurate and timely financial records.
-Oversee month-end close processes, including reconciliation and preparation of financial statements.
-Cash Balance Reports, Accruals schedule, Management Fee Calculations-Trial Balance and Flux analysis-Monthly investor reporting: cash reporting, hotel operations financial reporting (as required)-Quarterly investor reporting, including preparation of financial reporting templates, debt reporting templates, and Asset Management reporting.
-Monthly, quarterly, annual lender reporting, Annual audit-Provide PBC items to auditors and assist in answering any questions-Utilize Yardi software to track, analyze, and report financial data efficiently.
-Assist with budget planning
