Assistant Controller | Venture Capital Firm | Palo Alto; 1-3 days onsite

Join a mission-driven investment platform focused on venture capital and early-stage companies. This is a great opportunity to join a lean, entrepreneurial team with broad exposure across fund accounting, reporting, investment operations, and investor activity.

Responsibilities Support in-house fund accounting across investment vehicles and related entities

Prepare capital calls, distributions, and investor statements

Review monthly and quarterly NAV and administrator deliverables

Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense allocations

Partner with fund administrators on accounting and reporting

Support audit, tax, and compliance processes

Oversee separately managed accounts and related requirements

Contribute to process improvements and special projects
