- Prepare, organize, and send outgoing mail and packages, including certified or tracked deliveries.
- Scan, process, and properly file incoming mail and client documents.
- Serve as a second witness for client signings when needed.
- Assist with electronic filing of legal documents.
- Prepare and send correspondence under attorney or staff direction.
- Update and maintain accurate client records in the firm’s CRM system.
- Support day‑to‑day operations and special projects that help the firm run smoothly.
- Has 3+ years of administrative or office experience.
- Is dependable, organized, and detail‑oriented.
- Takes pride in service‑focused, purpose‑driven work.
- Communicates clearly and works well within a team.
- Is comfortable handling confidential information.
- Is interested in how a mission‑driven law firm supports families.
- Owns a reliable vehicle and lives within 20 minutes of the Palo Alto, CA area.
- Can work at least 2 days minimum per week at our Palo Alto office between the hours of 9 am to 5 pm PST.
- Is available to work between 20 – 25 hours per week.
- Preferred:
Licensed Notary Public (not required).
$20 – $23 hourly
