Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-level support including calendar management, correspondence, and preparation of briefings. Anticipate needs and proactively manage priorities.
- Oversee budgeting, payroll, HR, insurance, and financial reporting. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of household systems and processes.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the family and external vendors, contractors, advisors, and service providers. Maintain exceptional standards of professionalism and follow-through.
- Lead and coordinate projects spanning design, construction, household organization, travel, and special events.
- Support childcare logistics, including management of nannies, tutors, and preschool; coordinate transportation and schedules.
- Track expenses, monitor budgets, and provide actionable insights to support informed decisions.
- Proven experience in executive support, operations management, or Chief of Staff roles, ideally in high-net-worth or high-profile households.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, budgeting software, and other productivity tools.
- Strong financial acumen, organizational expertise, and HR knowledge.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage confidently with vendors, advisors, and family members.
- Highly proactive, discreet, adaptable, and capable of managing sensitive information with professionalism.
- Comfortable working remotely while maintaining operational oversight and occasional on-site presence.
- Proven success in building a team.
The role offers a highly competitive base salary starting at $175,000, commensurate with experience and expertise, with opportunities for performance and milestone-based bonuses. The position is predominantly remote, with 1–2 days on-site per week, providing flexibility for work-life balance.
