Position

Summary

Mashgin is looking to hire a Sales Executive on our sales team to build and maintain a strong pipeline of regional and multi‑site convenience store clients. You will be a strategic business leader responsible for driving Mashgin's growth and market penetration within assigned national convenience store accounts. This role serves as the primary relationship owner and business architect, orchestrating cross‑functional collaboration across multiple geographic regions to maximize revenue opportunities and strengthen strategic partnerships with key retail customers on a global scale.

Strategic Account Management
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies aligned with Mashgin's corporate objectives across major convenience retailers nationwide
  • Coordinate regional business strategies ensuring consistency while adapting to local market dynamics and regulatory requirements
  • Lead annual business planning and budget processes for assigned accounts across all geographic regions
  • Build and maintain executive‑level relationships at customer headquarters and regional business unit levels
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with regional stakeholders to assess performance, identify opportunities, and align strategic priorities across markets
Revenue Growth & Multi‑Market Expansion
  • Drive distribution and adoption of Mashgin solutions across new and existing customers
  • Negotiate regional pricing strategies and promotional programs that optimize profitability while meeting diverse market requirements
  • Identify opportunities to scale deployments across additional store locations and regions
  • Monitor competitive landscape and regional market trends to inform strategic recommendations for each business unit
  • Coordinate product rollouts and market entry strategies across multiple geographic regions
