Reporting to the Sr. Director of Field Analytics and Operations, the Manager of Field Analytics and Operations will work closely with cross-functional leaders across Jazz Franchises and Business Operations and Analytics (BOA) to support the design, implementation, and optimization of commercial field execution and performance reporting. The position will be responsible for partnering on the support and development of field force analytics & reporting tools, CRM systems, and any additional special assignments in support of cross franchise initiatives.
The Manager is responsible for rapidly building technology and reporting capabilities that align with corporate priorities, brand strategy, and field facing teams, resulting in improved field execution and impact. The position requires strong collaboration with cross-functional leaders across Jazz Franchises, Field Teams, technology leads, and DEC to assure for the proper build and orchestration of future field reporting capabilities. Effective planning and organization, interpersonal communication, critical thinking, and influencing skills are required for the role.
Functions/Responsibilities
Responsibilities include sales target planning and alignment, sales process optimization, field analytics and performance measurement, and field force commercial solutions. The ability to independently manage multiple deliverables and shifting priorities with strong skills in project management, collaboration and communication will be key to success to influence decision making and enabling the recommended solutions.
Collaborate with additional stakeholders across Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and cross-functional BOA partners such as Analytics & Insights, Data Strategy, and DEC, to design, implement, and improve field processes and reporting.
Support the development of field reporting insights and assist other FAO franchise leads at leadership meetings (e.g. KO/POA) and FAO 'Leader of Field Team' meetings, designed to support field execution and strategic decision-making.
Develop and distribute field communications related to reporting updates, process changes, and enhancements.
Demonstrate the ability to influence multiple stakeholders to ensure a high-level of team involvement in key business decisions while working effectively with business partners.
Bachelors, in a business discipline, with a focus on marketing, sales and/or digital experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
Proven strong analytical skills with the capability to appropriately define issues, questions and data; and to think creatively about different ways to analyze data and information
Ability to communicate effectively to non-technical business stakeholders and make actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders
Strong collaboration abilities, along with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to meet timelines
Demonstrated track record of creative problem solving and strategic abilities
Demonstrate the ability to influence multiple stakeholders to ensure a high-level of team involvement in key business decisions while working effectively with business partners
MBA program or advanced degree preferred in related business discipline
