Position: Operations Staff - Account Lifecycle and Customer Billing Support

We are seeking a meticulous and adaptive Operations Staff member to oversee the lifecycle of customer accounts, from registration to post-sales support. The ideal candidate will be an integral part of our operations team, ensuring a seamless flow across various stages of customer engagement and contributing to the financial health of the company through diligent account and billing management.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Lifecycle Support:
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to fulfill customers’ needs throughout the account lifecycle stages, including account registration, offering vouchers/discounts, POC, contracting/vendor assessments, billing/payment, and post-sales support.
  • Facilitate account onboarding and actively participate in customer projects to expedite the contract signing process in collaboration with internal Project, Legal, Finance, and Tax teams.
  • Conduct monthly account reconciliation, update revenue reports, track customer payments, and ensure accurate financial recognition to prevent service interruptions.
  • Forecast and track account revenue, manage overdue accounts and process bad debts, and handle account suspension and closure as necessary.
Customer Billing and Related Issues:
  • Generate and dispatch monthly manual invoices for key accounts that require offline products or special billing formats.
  • Coordinate with Finance AP for monthly invoice issuance and follow-up on payments, resolving any billing system discrepancies with the product team and customers.
  • Reconcile revenue for offline products to ensure consistency with issued invoices and conduct regular invoice meetings with specific clients.
Sales Enablement & Process Support:
  • Support sales teams with internal processes, particularly assisting non-Chinese speaking staff.
  • Facilitate external client processes such as vendor onboarding, risk assessment, and audit report provision.
  • Provide new process training, including voucher application, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), discount approvals, credit, and product-related training.
  • Assist with ad-hoc meetings regarding system, billing, or account errors, occasionally involving customers, and support RFP processes.

Business Process Improvement:
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to transition offline products online and integrate them into the billing system.
  • Suggest optimization strategies for billing modes not supported by current systems or products and contribute to invoice enhancement initiatives by working with billing and international platform teams.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, finance, or operations within a technology or service-based company.
  • Strong understanding of billing systems and account reconciliation processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across diverse teams.
  • Proficient in data analysis and financial forecasting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

The expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is $40 to $48 per hour. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position will be eligible for 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked and up to 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, full-time interns are also eligible to enroll in the Company-sponsored medical plan.
