The Opportunity

, you will work with renowned multinational brands to help them design and deliver impactful Loyalty Management solutions that enhance customer experience and business performance.
Combining business consulting and product expertise
, you will play a key role in driving client success by:
- Conducting in-depth client discovery sessions to gather requirements, identify pain points, and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Developing detailed business cases and performing market feasibility analysis.
- Advising clients on customer loyalty strategies and recommending tailored solutions for specific business challenges.
- Overseeing the implementation of loyalty programs using GRAVTY®, ensuring smooth integration with existing client systems.
- Designing, delivering, and maintaining training programs for client users.
- Managing project documentation and ensuring compliance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborating with product management teams to drive innovation and deliver impactful product features.
- Creating high-quality product marketing materials, including white papers and presentations.
- Supporting go-to-market initiatives to ensure product alignment with market trends and customer needs.
We are seeking a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates:
- An ongoing degree or diploma in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver persuasive presentations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Adaptability and resilience to succeed in a startup environment while managing diverse responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Certification in Business Analysis.
- Awareness of open-source technologies and emerging trends such as machine learning, AI, big data, blockchain, and cloud infrastructure.
