A well-run campus is invisible. A poorly managed one is felt by everyone. This role ensures that Alpha campuses function with safety, consistency, and reliability—day in and day out.

That demands campus operations that are disciplined, scalable, and responsive. This role is accountable for everything beyond the classroom that enables students and Guides to excel.
As the operational anchor of the campus, you will manage communication with parents and staff, maintain safety and security protocols, ensure facilities and logistics run without friction, and guarantee that technology functions reliably for students and staff alike. You intervene when systems fail, identify problems before they grow, and introduce calm, structured processes into fast-moving environments.
This is not a limited coordination function. It is a hands‑on, high‑visibility position suited to someone who excels under responsibility, embraces variety, and delivers consistently. What You Will Be Doing- Serving as a primary contact for parents, students, and staff to deliver timely, clear, and professional communication
- Leading campus safety operations including access control, health incident response, emergency drills, documentation protocols, and parent notifications
- Managing daily campus logistics including attendance systems, transportation coordination, facilities oversight, and office management
- Facilitating onboarding and training for new staff to ensure operational preparedness from their first day
- Overseeing student devices and campus technology infrastructure, acting as the on‑site Google Administrator and technology point of contact
- Delivering classroom instruction or providing academic support
- Coaching Guides or influencing curriculum development
- Functioning in a strictly administrative or narrowly defined capacity
- Working within a slow‑paced or entirely predictable setting
- Escalating unresolved issues to others rather than owning their resolution
Key Responsibilities
Sustain safe, efficient, and dependable campus operations that continuously enhance the experience of students, staff, and parents.
Basic Requirements- Bachelor's degree (field of study not specified)
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or comparable operational functions
- Proficiency with basic technology tasks such as device setup, troubleshooting, and account administration
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with parents, staff, and external vendors
- Capability to juggle competing priorities while preserving attention to detail
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
- Must be available to work in person in Piedmont, CA;
Palo Alto, CA;
Lake Forest, CA or Chicago, IL.

Working with usThis is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
