Our client, a leader in the construction industry, is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will be part of the project management department supporting construction teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title:Construction Project Coordinator

• Coordinate all aspects of construction projects to ensure timely completion
• Assist Project Managers with administrative and scheduling tasks
• Prepare, distribute, and manage project documentation
• Track project progress and update reports regularly
• Support budget tracking and material delivery management

• Basic knowledge of MS Project, Primavera P6 or similar project management software
• Understanding of construction terminology and processes
• Knowledge of construction document controls including RFI's, submittals, change orders, MS Office
• Familiarity with construction safety regulations (OSHA)
