• Design and develop responsive websites and web applications with focus on user experience and visual appeal
• Create mobile app interfaces and user flows for iOS and Android platforms
• Develop digital advertising creative assets including display ads, social media graphics, and promotional materials
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams on design strategy and implementation
• Lead design reviews and present concepts to stakeholders and executive leadership
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall design culture and best practices

• 8+ years of experience in digital design with portfolio demonstrating web, app, and advertising design work
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
• 4+ years of experience designing responsive web interfaces and mobile applications
• 3+ years of experience with HTML/CSS and understanding of front-end development principles
• Strong knowledge of user experience design principles and design thinking methodologies
• Experience with design systems and component-based design approaches
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously
