• Facilitating adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
• Creating personalized, engaging sessions that resonate with students and foster a lasting passion for reading
• Reviewing student performance data to iteratively improve instruction and identify meaningful trends
• Partnering with technology teams to assess and improve AI‑powered literacy platforms

• Following pre‑written curricula or commercially published instructional sequences

Cultivate a passion for reading in early learners

• Bachelor’s degree
• Master’s degree or advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of experience providing small‑group reading interventions to students in early elementary grades
• Demonstrated ability to assess reading proficiency, organize student groups, and develop differentiated lessons independent of published curricula
• Comfortable using AI and adaptive learning platforms and adjusting instruction based on student interaction data
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
• Available to work on‑site at one of the following locations:

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
