What You Will Be Doing- Facilitating adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
- Creating personalized, engaging sessions that resonate with students and foster a lasting passion for reading
- Reviewing student performance data to iteratively improve instruction and identify meaningful trends
- Partnering with technology teams to assess and improve AI‑powered literacy platforms
- Following pre‑written curricula or commercially published instructional sequences
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate a passion for reading in early learners
Basic Requirements- Bachelor’s degree
- Master’s degree or advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing small‑group reading interventions to students in early elementary grades
- Demonstrated ability to assess reading proficiency, organize student groups, and develop differentiated lessons independent of published curricula
- Comfortable using AI and adaptive learning platforms and adjusting instruction based on student interaction data
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
- Available to work on‑site at one of the following locations:

Working with usThis is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position.
