Training Coordinator

Job Description A Brief Overview

The Revenue Cycle Training Coordinator will act as an expert in training development and delivery for Revenue Cycle operations, with responsibility for planning, delivering, and/or managing training curriculum within the scope of the department. They will work with Revenue Cycle managers to establish and implement appropriate training programs and are responsible for maintaining and optimizing the Revenue Cycle training program in one of three key training domains:
Training Delivery;
Curriculum Design; or Learning Management.

• Work with operational managers to review key performance indicators (KPIs) in order to identify training opportunities/improvements
• Gather information, assess needs, and prepare reports on training needs based on operational education requests
• Plan, develop, and/or present training materials, tools, and information on a regular basis
• Provide support to Revenue Cycle Leaders for current and future training needs
• Utilize appropriate formats and platforms for training content development and delivery
• Identify areas of opportunity for optimization and improvement within educational programming
• Synthesize information received from operational leaders for incorporation into existing trainings
• Develop goals and priorities for educational programming
• Design and implement appropriate plans to meet goals

• 3-5 years of Revenue Cycle Training Coordination experience
• Adult learning training/instruction methodologies
• Workflow documentation and process evaluation
• General Learning Management Systems knowledge (Health Stream preferred)
• Project and training coordination
• Experience developing training documentation (e.g., tipsheets, one-point lessons, Situational Response Guides)
• Working knowledge of workflow documentation tools (e.g., Visio)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Forms (or other survey tools)
• Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Co Pilot

• Bachelor's Degree
