You will combine world‑class coaching expertise with dynamic presentation skills, transforming professional development sessions, data‑informed team rallies, and precise feedback into powerful growth experiences. • Equipping and coaching Guides to facilitate Alpha's workshops with exceptional quality
• Building Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, the design of engaging learning experiences, and strategies for overcoming obstacles
• Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides to strengthen student participation and outcomes
• Personally coaching a small student cohort, demonstrating advanced mentorship and motivational techniques

• Creating traditional lesson plans – Guides support student learning via adaptive platforms; your priority is developing them into outstanding motivators
• Compromising expectations – when our standard is 100% mastery, your responsibility is upholding that benchmark
• Running dull training sessions – you'll develop Guides through dynamic, energizing, experiential professional learning

Develop Guides and students to ensure every learner in your cohort enjoys school, progresses at 2× speed, and acquires essential life skills. No exceptions.

• Currently located in or ready to relocate for on‑site work at one of the Alpha Campuses (Bethesda, MD; Chicago, IL; Palo Alto, CA; Piedmont, CA)
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a closely related area.
• Proven track record designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions.
• Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities with experience building, guiding, and inspiring high‑performing teams.
• Background working with young people (ages 5‑18) in educational or developmental settings.
• Skilled in data analysis and leveraging performance metrics to inform decisions and foster ongoing improvement.
• Authorized to work legally in the United States.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
