Status: 30 hours per week

Schedule: Operational Faculty
Reports to: Director of High School (Richard Brownstone)
Supervises: None
Hourly range: $28 - $37 hourly
Start Date: March 1, 2026 - June 20, 2026 (temporary position) with possibility of permanent position

Position SummaryProvide general office support for a variety of clerical activities and tasks including answering incoming calls, managing office area, mail, requisitioning supplies, organizing office communication and activities on a day-to-day basis, interacting with students, parents and teachers. Lead on student attendance and distributing information to relevant parties. Responsible for the accuracy and organization of the internal and external calendars. Preparing reports, file and organizing documents, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.
Perform general clerical and reception duties and manage multiple tasks at once.

Must live in the State of California and work on campus during the Employee’s regularly scheduled hours.
- Provide front‑office support, including greeting visitors, answering calls, and managing mail, deliveries, office supplies, and filing systems.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, calendars, events, and related documents; assist with graduation planning, student events, seasonal projects, and parent association activities.
- Track and monitor student attendance, off‑campus privileges, classroom supervision, and in‑office detentions; analyze academic progress and identify students at risk.
- Collect and share information from families regarding travel, health, medications, and dietary requirements; coordinate grade‑level trips with the Dean of Students, travel companies, and chaperones; attend travel information evenings.
- Assist with student health needs, including administering medications per protocol, implementing online health modules, and maintaining CPR/first‑aid readiness.
- Perform data entry and reporting in the Student Information System (Veracross) and Classroom Management System (Schoology) and support faculty with technology setup for presentations.
- Assist with student/teacher/class scheduling processes.
- Address routine questions, concerns, and emergencies using sound judgment and knowledge of school policies.
- Proctor assessments and monitor students during instructional activities.
- Arrange meetings with students and families as needed.
