Your role is to inspire, challenge, and hold students to the same exacting standard you've applied to yourself. Forty percent of your time is spent in direct 1-on-1 and small-group coaching, identifying obstacles and establishing stretch goals. Another forty percent involves facilitating structured life-skills workshops designed for real mastery, not passive engagement. The final twenty percent is dedicated to morning kickoffs that set a daily tone where excellence is non-negotiable.
The trajectory here emphasizes depth over hierarchy. You'll begin by mastering Alpha's methodology and earning the trust of your students. Within a few months, you become the adult they rely on to challenge them beyond their perceived limits. The payoff isn't a title change.
