The expected pay range for this position is $100,445 to $118,983 per annum.

The Office of Undergraduate Admission assembles a freshman class of 1,700 students and a transfer class of approximately 25-40 students each year. The Office of Undergraduate Admission seeks a Senior Assistant Director of Admission (with a focus on the Quest Bridge college match process) who, under the supervision of the Assistant Dean of Admission for Access and External Relations, will administer, implement university and/or interpret department admission policies and procedures.

Examples of Core Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Managing the Quest Bridge program including implementation, cross-team communication, data management and training for file review.
  • Fostering campus partners including collaboration and programming for outreach and yield efforts.
  • Overseeing collection of enrollment data, developing reports and analyses to make recommendations for future program development.

  • Overseeing the hiring and management of student paraprofessionals who will assist with access and external relations programs and projects.

In addition to the minimum requirements, the following is preferred:
  • 4 years relevant experience in higher education selective admission.
  • People-management experience (desired).
  • Knowledge of Slate (desired).
  • Knowledge of InDesign (a plus)
