As a company, we constantly challenge what's possible, never simply accepting what has always been done. We reframe old problems, seek new solutions and operate comfortably in areas that are unknown. Our backgrounds are diverse, but our team shares a love of the outdoors and a desire to protect it for future generations.

to correlate vehicle performance with requirements and develop insightful Key Performance
Indicators (KPIs), particularly for system health and fault reporting. - Lead efforts to improve ADAS system health monitoring, including supporting systems team on
defining factory/service facing requirements, configuring data triggers, and designing
dashboards to measure and report faults. - Accelerate the utilization of Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) for early integration testing, resulting in a
significant reduction in vehicle regressions. Responsibilities include collaborating with the HIL
team to expand smoke and regression testing capabilities, defining and implementing new test
cases, managing the test environment (e.g., test branches), and ensuring clear, actionable
reporting on test results. - Find gaps and work towards filling them with engineering solutions or implementing processes.
