Application Engineer

We are looking for a client-facing AE to support our US business.

This role partners closely with Sales to engage customers, drive technical discussions, and support new product adoption. You will act as the bridge between customers, product, and engineering, helping translate advanced lidar and perception technologies into real-world solutions.

• Support customer meetings, technical discussions, and solution presentations
• Lead product demos, evaluations, and on-site testing
• Work with customers across OEMs, Tier 1s, and autonomous driving / advanced technology companies
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and customer integration (SDK, ROS, etc.)
• Provide hands‑on technical support, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Collaborate with R&D and global teams to drive technical alignment and feedback
• Support RMA analysis and technical documentation as needed

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 5+ years in FAE, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Pre‑Sales
• Strong client‑facing experience and ability to lead technical conversations independently
• Familiar with Linux, ROS, SDK, or embedded systems
• Experience with lidar, sensors, or perception systems preferred
• Camera / imaging experience is a strong plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally
• Willingness to travel as needed

This is not a support‑only FAE role - you will be involved early in the sales cycle and play a key role in shaping solutions and enabling new product adoption.
