Engineering Technician

We are seeking motivated and highly experienced Engineering Technicians to contribute to our efforts in producing molds, parts, and processes that ensure the delivery of high-quality parts to our customers. This role combines engineering production with research and development activities, requiring keen attention to detail.

• Produce molds, parts, and processes for high-quality part delivery.
• Engage in engineering production and research and development activities.
• Fabricate and build prototypes and test fixtures.
• Assemble mechanical components, subassemblies, and fixtures.
• Troubleshoot and solve mechanical issues.
• Understand and apply GD&T and tolerance specifications.
• Repeat processes accurately once trained.

• Strong mechanical background, especially in fabrication and building test fixtures.
• Experience in building subassemblies to tight tolerances.
• Attention to detail and ability to repeat processes once trained.
• Ability to lift over 40 pounds.
• Understanding of why specific tasks are performed.

• Experience with GD&T composites, CNC, manual mills, manual lathes, and epoxy.
• Must be able to obtain a security clearance.

This position is based in a lab environment and requires working onsite Monday through Friday. It is a contract-to-permanent role, ideal for someone who enjoys R&D type projects in a stable work environment.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
