Hardware Design Engineer

Job Type: C2C & W2 Contract (Crop 2 Crop)

We're looking for an experienced Hardware Design Engineer with a strong background in electrical hardware design and development, preferably within the automotive or embedded systems industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, validate, and optimize electronic hardware systems.
• Provide technical support for deployed hardware to ensure reliability and performance.
• Analyze hardware issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
• Develop and execute hardware test plans to validate functionality, performance, and compliance.
• Enhance existing hardware designs to improve efficiency, manufacturability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with software, firmware, and mechanical engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of hardware design and development experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design.
• Experience with schematic capture and PCB design tools such as Altium, Cadence, or OrCAD.
• Good understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, and thermal management.
• Hands-on experience with high-speed interfaces and communication protocols such as Ethernet, PCIe, MIPI, and GMSL.
• Experience with high-speed hardware validation, circuit debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
