River AI Inc. is seeking a Member of Technical Staff, Hardware, Physical Design Engineer to translate architectural concepts into production silicon.
You will own the physical implementation flow from synthesis to tape-out, pushing the limits of 7nm or below processes to maximize PPA and meet aggressive performance targets. You'll collaborate closely with RTL designers, run STA, fix timing violations, and perform sign-off checks including DRC, LVS, and antenna analysis.
