RVTech is seeking a Staff Product Launch Test Engineer to lead production launch across ECU programs. You will define testing strategies, coordinate with Design, PM, Suppliers, and VWG stakeholders, and guide CM teams from LRIP to high-volume production.
You will drive PFMEA/PPAP, perform root-cause analysis of test failures, and ensure test coverage aligns with quality gates. Strong multi-project leadership is required.
