Employment Type: Temporary Assignment (through January 2027 with potential extension)

We're seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join a high-performing technical project management team supporting major capital projects across manufacturing, life sciences, and healthcare environments.
In this role, you'll serve as an Owner's Representative
, leading projects from concept through completion while partnering with engineering, operations, design teams, contractors, and business stakeholders to deliver complex facility improvements and new construction projects.

What You’ll Be Working OnYou’ll manage a diverse portfolio of projects, including:
- Greenfield and brownfield construction projects
- Manufacturing facility upgrades and expansions
- Office renovations and build-outs
- HVAC, boiler, and mechanical infrastructure improvements
- Capital projects ranging from approximately $10M-$50M
- Facility modernization initiatives across multiple sites
- Lead construction projects from planning and design through execution and closeout
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, cost estimates, and logic-based timelines
- Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Facilitate project meetings and provide regular project status updates
- Partner with procurement teams throughout the bid and contractor selection process
- Manage project scope, schedule, quality, and budget while driving successful project delivery
- Build collaborative relationships across technical and business teams
We're looking for professionals who bring:
- 10+ years of construction project management experience
- Experience managing projects from design through construction
- Strong estimating and scheduling experience
- Technical knowledge of HVAC, boiler, or building infrastructure systems
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and external contractors
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field

- PMP certification (preferred, not required)
- Experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite
- AutoCAD familiarity is a plus
- Hybrid schedule with approximately 2 days onsite in Palo Alto
- Travel approximately 25-35% to project sites across the western United States and Canada
