FP&A Manager

We are seeking a dynamic FP&A Manager to join our team, focusing on driving financial insights and strategies that support our growth objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with executive leaders and influence key business decisions.

• Maintain and enhance financial planning models for revenue, gross margin, and billings.
• Prepare detailed analyses for annual planning and quarterly forecasts.
• Conduct monthly business outlooks to monitor performance trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive daily forecast analyses.
• Model complex scenarios for pricing and product introductions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in financial analysis within SaaS companies.
• Expertise in Excel and proficiency in financial planning software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and Net Suite.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
• CFA or CPA certifications are beneficial.

The pay range for this role is $69 - $107 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
