Responsibilities
- Provides exceptional client care by offering advice‑oriented solutions with Consumer Lending and Core Banking products.
- Engages in community development, outside sales activities, and external networking to responsibly grow client and market share.
- Understands lending processes and credit guidelines to develop solutions matching each client’s needs.
- Manages daily client and loan pipelines with organization, follow‑up, and collaboration with loan fulfillment partners.
- Leverages digital solutions to give clients options in preferred service pathways.
- Maintains and adheres to all federal and state regulations and bank operational requirements, delivering compliant client advice conversations.
- Eligible for SAFE Act registration and required background check. Failure to obtain or maintain registration may result in disciplinary action up to termination.
- Minimum education:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. - Experience:
At least 3 years in a loan origination role focused on generating self‑sourced purchase business through a verifiable referral network. - Strong knowledge of loan products (Conventional, Jumbo, Government) and ability to document income, assets, and liabilities.
- Understanding of processing, underwriting, and closing procedures; working knowledge of federal regulations governing real‑estate lending.

- Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours as needed.
- Familiarity with FHA and HUD guidelines.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and laptop technology for communication.
- Strong time‑management skills; ability to analyze complex financial data and offer alternatives.
- Professional interpersonal skills, integrity, adaptability, and positive attitude.

Pay range: $65,000.00 – $73,000.00 annualized salary.
Shift: 1st shift, Hours per week: 40.
Regulatory RequirementsAll employees engaged in residential mortgage loan origination must register with the federal SAFE Act registry and remain in good standing. Employees are required to submit to the required federal background check. Failure to maintain registration may result in disciplinary action, including termination.
