Role Description
This is a part‑time on‑site role for a Banquet Server at Green Hills Country Club, located in Millbrae, CA. The Banquet Server will assist with setting up and breaking down banquet areas, serve food and beverages to members and guests, and ensure an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and organization of service areas, adhering to safety and sanitation standards, and providing excellent customer service during events.
The Banquet Server will work as part of a team to contribute to the success of various social events hosted at the club.
Qualifications
- Experience with Food Service and Food & Beverage handling
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to effectively interact with members, guests, and team members
- Proven Customer Service skills to provide an exceptional dining experience
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in banquet or event service is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
