Job Description Summary
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the Talent Team and managers across the firm in the full‑cycle recruiting process for all business professional positions. The role primarily schedules interviews, tracks candidate data, and supports operational recruiting functions while keeping the candidate experience in mind.
Location and ScheduleThis position is based in our Silicon Valley, CA office and offers a hybrid schedule requiring 2 days onsite per week at your designated office with the possibility of additional required in‑office days depending on business needs. The work schedule is 40 hours per week (non‑exempt), Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm PT, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Responsibilities- Enter and update applicant data and status in Workday.
- Maintain data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews and hires.
- Draft, post job openings in Workday and external job boards.
- Monitor resumes and emails submitted to the recruiting mailbox.
- Respond proactively to requests for information.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews (and testing as needed).
- Gather evaluation forms from interviewers and compile feedback into spreadsheets.
- Meet and greet candidates and act as the point of contact throughout the interview process.
- Coordinate and process travel arrangements for candidates and new hires as applicable.
- Initiate background and conflict checks and conduct reference checks for new hires.
- Review completed background reports, reach out for additional information as needed, and discuss discrepancies with the Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Prepare and send out offer letters.
- Process all business professional hires into Workday.
- Coordinate pre‑onboarding tasks for new hires.
- Distribute new hire goodies.
- Prepare and submit department expense reports and invoices.
- Assist with Workday customization.
- Handle additional tasks and projects as requested.
Skills & Qualifications
- High‑volume recruiting coordination experience and ability to prioritize workload.
- High level of attention to detail and excellent data entry skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Work effectively with minimal supervision as an individual contributor and as a team member.
- Communicate clearly and effectively at various levels with internal and external clients.
- Professionalism, diplomacy, tact and calm in the face of conflict and pressure.
- Strong work ethic.
- Proficient in MS Office and recruiting database software (preferably Workday).
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional recruiting coordination & scheduling experience, preferably in a law firm environment. A bachelor’s degree is required.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000 – $95,750. A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance.
