Head of AI & Applied Intelligence

We are looking for a Head of AI & Applied Intelligence to join a startup focused on rethinking early decision‑making in the built environment. This is a founding‑level, hands‑on role for someone who wants to design and ship real‑world AI systems, not research papers.

You will own the AI decision layer of the product, translating complex inputs into actionable outputs and work directly with the CEO and engineering team to embed intelligence into core workflows.

• Design and build applied AI systems that support early‑stage planning and configuration decisions.
