What Makes You a Great Fit

We are looking for an innovative, customer-focused Principal Product Manager to lead the Pricing/Packaging and Payments product area  the Principal Product Management, you will be at the helm of shaping a platform that powers AI-driven solutions for the future of customer engagement. You will collaborate with designers, engineers, GTM teams, and the executive leadership to build a modern Payment platform with AI capabilities that accelerate growth and lead to market leadership.

You will be a Product Leader with accountability for creating the vision & strategy, managing the roadmap, and building on the product backlog, working with cross-functional teams to build great products for our customers.

You will manage all facets (strategy, processes, reporting) surrounding the pricing and packaging of our product offerings.

This is a hybrid position based in Palo Alto, California, and in-office collaboration is required for 3 days per week. You will be an individual contributor reporting to the VP Product.

How You'll Make An Impact
  • Strategy:
    Work with cross functional teams to develop vision and strategy for the payments platform, pricing and packaging solutions to accomplish effective outcomes across the enterprise
  • Ownership:
    Align with strategy for multiple business teams, create and lead a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives to achieve core elements of the business strategy. Maximize price and margin opportunities across brands. Manage KPI's to measure effectiveness and outcomes of pricing actions
  • Definition:
    Explain business problems, gather evidence from users and outside sources, clarify the potential solutions with assumptions, guiding principles, strategic connections
  • Roadmap:

    Define the roadmap and prioritization across the portfolio and create functional and non-functional requirements and user stories to manage product backlog and execution through scrum teams
  • Delivery:
    Partner with engineering teams, product managers and technology partners to ensure, efficient execution of key initiatives in a scaled agile delivery framework
  • Communication:
    Serve as primary evangelist of pricing and payments strategy and product capabilities with internal, business, and executive stakeholders. Participate in industry events, customer briefings, analyst briefings, and advisory boards
  • Outcomes:
    Drive product and feature launches aligned with company goals and report key metrics
  • Stay ahead of the curve:
    Maintain a deep understanding of emerging trends in Payments, AI, and the EOR landscape
Let's Connect If You Have
  • 10+ years of Product Management experience
  • Computer Science background or equivalent technical experience
  • Experience building Payments platform
  • Experience leading initiatives across large engineering and cross functional teams, to influence roadmap planning and execution
  • Hands-on experience in testing product/features before releasing and editing FAQ/documentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, structuring ambiguous concepts clearly and from first principles
  • Experience working in a startup, preferably in Fin Tech
  • Bonus points if you have taken a product from 0-1 or founded a startup
