Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees and contractors
- Help with onboarding and offboarding tasks
- Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders (HR, Security, Engineering) to ensure smooth IT operations and support workflows
- Assist with ticket triage and resolution, escalating more complex issues when needed
- Support a variety of SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian JIRA/Confluence, and Onelogin
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve documentation and support processes
Skills and Qualifications
- MDM, Jamf, Zapier, IFTTT, Workato
- 2–5 years of IT support experience (helpdesk, desktop support, or similar roles) in a fast‑paced environment (startup, MSP)
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills, especially in remote environments
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Onelogin (or similar), and macOS/Windows environments
- Comfortable using ticketing systems like JIRA or similar
- Basic understanding of user access, roles, and SaaS system administration
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and follow detailed instructions
Intermediate Level
Job Type & LocationContract position, hybrid, based out of Palo Alto, CA
Pay and Benefits- Pay range: $30.00–$38.00/hr
