As Technical Program Manager, you will use your technical expertise to holistically drive complex problems to completion. You will work with the team to scope work, plan requirements, identify risks, estimate budgets, and clearly communicate ongoing progress. Program Manager (TPM) for the Vehicle Software Cybersecurity domain. The TPM will be responsible for driving the team to meet their committed deliverables as well as working with the engineers, technical leads, and managers across the broader organization to assess risk, communicate status, and drive closure to key issues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in cybersecurity, excellent project management skills, and experience working with highly cross-functional teams. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with various controls, systems, and integration teams to establish cybersecurity feature delivery roadmaps, define key deliverable delivery dates, and tie deliverables to engineering milestones.
• Coordinate with various suppliers/vendors to plan and track implementation of cybersecurity requirements
• Work Right-to-Left to ensure that the vehicle controls development plans meet cybersecurity requirements.
• Track action items and progress towards engineering deliverables. Report status to engineering management and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Assist engineering to prioritize cybersecurity work tasks and ensure team progress.
• Set the overall project timeline, identify and resolve roadblocks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years program management experience, with focus on Cybersecurity for software systems
• Experience with Agile Methodology is required
• Experience with ECU Boot loader development is a plus
• Experience with automotive applications is a plus
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of SW development and validation life cycles, with demonstrated ability in managing multiple parallel releases
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
