**** Security Operations Responsibilities:**
* ** Incident Analysis & Escalation:**  + Handle security events and alerts escalated by Level 1 analysts or automated systems.  + Perform deep-dive investigations to determine impact and severity of incidents.
* ** Threat Detection:**  + Use SIEM, EDR, and Vulnerability Management tools to proactively identify adversary activity or potential threats.
* ** Incident Response & Remediation Assistance:**  + Assist in containment, mitigation, and documentation of security incidents.  + Ensure timely and efficient resolution of incidents.
* ** Process Improvement:**  + Contribute to workflow enhancements, detection rule tuning, and escalation procedures.

Required Skills and Experience
* 4–6 years in security operations or cybersecurity roles, plus network administration experience.
* Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, IP routing, VPNs, PKI, authentication protocols).
* Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Prisma SD-WAN and Prisma Access.
* Familiarity with Meraki full stack and Cisco ISE integrations.
