• 3–5+ years of experience selling AI, CX, Contact Center, Chat, Voice, CCaaS, or related CX technologies
• Proven experience selling CX-related solutions into the financial services sector
• Strong discovery, consultative selling, and enterprise deal‑shaping skills
• Excitement to work onsite in our Palo Alto office and collaborate closely with leadership, product, and marketing
• A track record of exceeding quota in high‑growth environments
