Responsibilities- Own the support, enhancement and continuous improvement of Employee Central and selected Success Factors modules across Europe
- Manage support requests via the ticketing system, including analysis, troubleshooting and independent resolution of incidents
- Contribute to demand management: capture requirements, configure the system, coordinate testing and support Go-Live activities
- Support European locations with organizational changes, workflows, approval processes and interface-related topics
- Drive ongoing optimization of the Success Factors landscape and support the planning and implementation of system updates
- Degree in (Business) Informatics, HR Technology, or a comparable qualification
- Hands‑on experience with SAP Success Factors, ideally with a strong focus on Employee Central
- Solid knowledge of rollouts, workflow design, system configuration and support processes
- Experience working with ticketing systems and handling HR‑IT support requests
- Strong understanding of global HR processes, integrations and automation opportunities
- Independent, structured, and solution‑oriented working style with motivation for operational, hands‑on tasks
- Business‑fluent English, both written and spoken
