What You’ll Build

Position title: SAP Customer Success iXp Intern – SAP Innovation Experience Customer Engagement Support AI Lab

Location: Palo Alto, CA (USA, In Office)

Expected start date to end date: April 2026 – March 2027

Working hours: Full time 40 hrs./week

The SAP Innovation Experience Services team intern supports the organization to ensure the flawless execution of every customer engagement in the newly opened SAP Experience Center and AI Lab Palo Alto.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Preparation and execution support for customer engagements
    • Participate in preparation calls with SAP account teams, customer engagement leads, and storytellers in order to prepare the customer visit that consists of Experience Center tours and service engagements such as customer workshops. Work with our team of experts to gain an overall understanding of the showfloor content of SAP enterprise and AI software solutions and technology innovation is required.
    • Support workshop preparation for customer visits
    • Run breakout groups for SAP Business AI and Agentic AI workshops
    • Support content creation for customized tours
    • Customize the showfloor for upcoming customer tours if needed
    • Support the execution of customer tours including broadcasting support if needed
    • Take photos and notes during important visits
  • Coordination and support of all onsite customer and partner events in the Experience Center to ensure a seamless experience working closely with our customer engagement team
  • Maintenance and operations support of the Experience Center showcase space
    • Connect with 3rd party support partners for troubleshooting assistance and coordinate proactive maintenance activities
    • Prepare the showroom daily to receive the customer and account team for their tour
  • Learn the SAP Experience Center portfolio of Innovation Showcases and present the contents to participants after gaining proficiency over a period of time
  • Lead and run student group visits
  • Prepare the showroom and create customer specific content to be shown during the tours
  • Contribution to project management and communication-related to the Experience Center
  • Support projects across the North American Experience Centers and create content for executive briefings in the form of PowerPoint presentations, Excel reports, videos, etc.
  • Provide operational support across SAP Experience Center, some tasks includes
    • Connect with 3rd party support partners for troubleshooting assistance and coordinate proactive maintenance activities
    • Prepare the showroom daily to receive the customer and account team for their tour
    • Provide production support during virtual events leveraging latest state of the art production capability for show and tell.

  • Education:

    Currently enrolled as a student at a university/college or recent graduate
  • Preferred fields of study:
    Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related course of study

  • Proficiency with IT Tools and especially proficient in Microsoft productivity tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
