Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive manual test cases for Salesforce environments, including custom objects and Lightning components.
- Author and execute end-to-end test scenarios across various Salesforce modules ensuring data integrity and system interoperability.
- Leverage SOQL for extensive data validation, ensuring compliance with organizational protocols and data models.
- Conduct regression, integration, UAT, and smoke testing, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
- Lead the creation and management of essential test artifacts, driving continuous improvement through quality metrics analysis.
Must-Have
Skills:
- In-depth experience with Salesforce platform testing across various clouds (Sales, Service, and Experience).
- Profound knowledge in SOQL for data validation and relationship mapping.
- Familiarity with API testing tools (preferably Postman) and techniques.
Industry Experience
