Job Title

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and manage Palo Alto Networks firewalls across enterprise environments.
• Monitor firewall performance and logs, respond to alerts, and investigate suspicious network activity.
• Design and implement firewall rules and security policies aligned with best practices and business requirements.
• Manage and support Global Protect VPN, NAT, security zones, and high-availability configurations.
• Perform regular system updates, firmware upgrades, and patch management for firewalls.
• Conduct firewall rule reviews and audits to optimize performance and maintain compliance.
• Collaborate with IT, network, and security teams to support secure system design and deployment.
• Troubleshoot network security issues and provide timely resolution.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, changes, and procedures
