Intern - Business Central Techno-Functional Support (L1 & L2) Responsibilities

• Act as the first line of support (L1) for Business Central end-users: log, track, and resolve basic issues.
• Escalate more complex issues to L2 support/consultants with proper documentation.
• Support users with how-to queries, system navigation, and day-to-day ERP operations.
• Assist in monitoring system jobs, integrations, and data accuracy.
• Perform initial investigation on issues, including log analysis and test replication.
• Document solutions and create/update knowledge base articles.
• Provide support in testing system changes, updates, and patches.
• Collaborate with consultants to understand and configure minor system setups.

• Completed or following a degree in IT, Computer Science, Accounting, Business, or related field. Candidates should possess a minimum current GPS of 2.8.
• Strong interest in ERP systems and a career in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Basic understanding of finance, accounting, or supply chain processes.
• Familiarity with SQL, AL language, or basic programming will be an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset and eagerness to learn from senior consultants.

• Real-world experience in ERP support (L1 & L2) for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Training and mentorship in both functional consulting and technical troubleshooting.
• Exposure to issue handling, root cause analysis, and ERP support best practices.
• Potential opportunity to move into consulting or development tracks after internship.
