Clinical Scientist/ Sr Clinical Scientist – Early Development (IND to Phase I/II Transition)We are seeking a Clinical Scientist to support programs transitioning from IND-enabling work into early clinical development (Phase I/II). This role is central to bridging nonclinical and clinical strategy while ensuring successful study startup and execution.
This is a high-impact position within a growing Clinical Development team, with hybrid or remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:Support clinical development strategy from IND through early clinical trials
Assist in preparation of protocols, investigator brochures, and regulatory documents
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent scientific messaging across programs
Work with CROs, sites, and vendors to support study startup and execution
Contribute to clinical study reports, health authority responses, and submissions
Ensure alignment between nonclinical data and clinical trial design
Support internal teams with scientific insights and clinical data interpretation
Qualifications:Advanced degree (Ph.D., Pharm.D., MS, or equivalent)
Experience supporting IND submissions or early clinical programs
Strong understanding of clinical trial design and regulatory expectations
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong collaboration and organizational skills
