Data Analyst, Growth

Hybrid location in Palo Alto (2 days/week in office). Reports to Director Data Science + Analytics.

Join Midi Health as a Growth Analyst. As we scale our D2C and B2B segments and deepen our analytical capabilities across marketing channels, we need a data‑driven analyst to grow alongside us. In this role you will develop actionable dashboards and uncover insights to drive user conversion, leveraging data visualization and funnel analytics to impact the business.

• Dashboarding & Reporting: Develop, iterate, and maintain comprehensive reports and automated dashboards using our visualization platforms to track KPIs and keep cross‑functional stakeholders informed.
• Funnel & Conversion Analysis: Analyze the end‑to‑end user journey to identify opportunities for growth.
• B2B Growth Support: Partner with the growth and commercial teams to track performance and scale our B2B initiatives across health system and employer partnerships.
• Lifecycle Marketing Support: Support the lifecycle marketing team by tracking engagement metrics, user re‑engagement campaigns, and email/SMS performance.
• Grow & Own: Work closely with your mentor to upskill, refine your analytical frameworks, and eventually transition into a senior role owning specific growth and marketing analytics domains.

• Passion for Women’s Health Tech: A genuine interest in Midi’s mission to close the gap in midlife care and improve healthcare outcomes for women.
• Experience: 2‑4 years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, growth, or a related field.

  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in SQL and data visualization/BI tools (Quick Sight, Tableau, Looker). Strong hands‑on experience with event‑based analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel) and ad‑platform dashboards (Meta, Google, etc.).
• Analytical Capabilities: Ability to analyze conversion funnels and translate complex data points into a clear narrative, with strong attention to detail in reporting and data integrity.
• AI Adoption & Tech Fluency: Comfortable integrating generative AI tools (like Claude) and modern platform AI agents into daily workflows to write code faster, troubleshoot schemas, and scale analytics output.
• Experimentation: Basic understanding of A/B testing is sufficient; heavy statistical experimentation is not required.
• Growth Mindset: Eager to learn, highly collaborative, and excited to be mentored by senior team members while building the foundation to become a domain owner.

Hybrid in Palo Alto (2 days/week in office). This position does not include relocation.

Base salary range is $110,000–$120,000, depending on experience. Midi pays a competitive base salary, plus equity and benefits.
