** Role Overview
** We are seeking an
** AI Solutions Specialist
** to join a high-velocity Go-To-Market (GTM) team. This role focuses on rapidly turning customer use cases into working AI solutions.

You will work hands-on with data, prompts, and evaluation workflows—bridging AI/ML capabilities with real-world applications. This is a highly practical, execution-focused role in a fast-paced environment.###
** Key Responsibilities
**** Data Preparation & Evaluation
*** Review customer data (sensor streams, video, use cases) and assess feasibility
* Prepare datasets in Python (ingestion, cleaning, structuring, normalization, filtering, etc.)
* Execute iterative data preprocessing cycles (test → refine → re-evaluate)
* Perform signal visualization and basic statistical analysis
* Support labeling and annotation workflows
** Prompt Engineering & Model Optimization
*** Design, test, and refine prompts (including multimodal and n-shot examples)
* Support fine-tuning workflows and evaluation processes
* Configure model parameters to improve performance in POCs
* Maintain reusable prompt templates and configurations
** Cross-functional Collaboration
*** Partner with Solutions Engineers, Architects, and Sales teams
* Support the full customer lifecycle: discovery → solution → deployment
* Summarize evaluation results for internal teams and stakeholders
* Support demos, training, and best practices when needed
** Ownership
* ** Drive projects end-to-end from raw data to validated results
* Operate with autonomy in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment###
** Requirements
* ** 4+ years in AI/ML, Data Science, or related technical roles
* Strong proficiency in
** Python
* * for data preparation and analysis
* Experience with
** prompt engineering and/or fine-tuning workflows
*** Hands-on experience with
** time-series sensor data and/or video data
*** Strong understanding of
** data preprocessing techniques** (imputation, filtering, normalization)
* Experience with
** data labeling and annotation workflows
*** Experience evaluating model performance and iterating based on results
* Familiarity with
** Jupyter Notebooks
** or similar tools
* Ability to generate structured, customer-ready reports###
** Nice to Have
*** Experience with tools such as
** Encord
* * or similar labeling platforms
* Exposure to multimodal AI systems or real-world data pipelines###
** Soft Skills
*** Startup mindset: comfortable with speed and ambiguity
* Strong ownership and bias for action
* Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
* Clear communicator able to translate technical insights into business value

We are partnering with Archetype AI on a specialist search for a intern engineer. The role is based in Palo Alto, United States and offered as onsite contract work. Compensation is Competitive.
