Volta is seeking an IT Analyst to be the first contact for IT at our Palo Alto offices. You will handle day-to-day IT requests, onboarding/offboarding, asset records, and maintain a reliable office IT environment.
You will own the IT support queue, manage access using Jump Cloud and M365, support devices, and assist with networking and AV setups. A hands-on role with ownership from day one.
