• Manage strategic, operational, and technical aspects of relationships with programmatic buyers.
• Proactively find and execute optimization opportunities for buyers and our publisher partners.
• Understand and monitor key performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth or improvement.
• Innovate, develop, and iterate on services based on customer feedback to grow and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Conduct regular business reviews with customers. Employ a consultative, long term approach and build productive relationships with stakeholders of all levels within the customer's organization.
• Analyze performance data and provide data-driven insights to improve our programs
• Investigate and work directly with technical teams to help them troubleshoot customer issues. Ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

• 6+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles with a focus on data analysis experience
• Experience with annual brand and media planning
• Experience with Doubleclick (XSM, DFP), AdJuster or Salesforce

• Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
